Is it confidential?

Everything shared in the initial intake form and in-session is strictly confidential. I am obliged to share session content if client speaks of harm to themselves or others. The reason for this is that I value client’s safety first and foremost. I will walk alongside my clients if they need to share difficult things with their loved ones. I will always inform my clients before sharing their information.

What if I am under 18?

I have 6 years experience working with young people, so I am open to seeing children and young people. I do ask that clients under 18 are accompanied by a carer, and it can be discussed whether the carer is in the session or waits nearby.

What are the first steps to booking a session?

Reach out via text, email or book directly through my website! I will be in contact with you via email and text.

We can schedule a 15 minutes FREE ‘vibe-check’ phone call if you’d like.
I will send through an initial ‘get to know you’ form, with some questions to assist the flow of our first session. We will also discuss a location for the session. and I will answer any questions you might have.
