Children & Young People.
Walking alongside children and young people who are experiencing mental health concerns. Age 5-17 years old.
1)Building a safe space and trust.
2)Providing tactile, expressive art activities and Play Therapy.
3)Guided by the child and young person - collaborate with carers and young people on what they’d like to work on.
4) Activities to explore thoughts, feeling and behaviours.
Sessions run for 60 minutes.
Individual - Adults.
For adults who’d like to work on their mental health and have a space to process events that have occurred. The process will look like:
1)Building a safe space where there is trust and you feel heard.
2) Collaborating with you on your needs and hopes from counselling.
3)Unpacking and exploring your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
4) Strategies to support your wellbeing.
Sessions run for 60 minutes.
